(1) The meeting of the Council shall be held at least twice a year.
(2) The meeting of the council shall be held on the date, time and place specified by the chairman of the council (3) If at least fifty percent of the total number of members of the Council are present, the quorum for the meeting of the Council shall be considered.
(4) The meeting of the Council shall be presided over by the Chairman of the Council and in the absence of the Chairman of the Council, a person elected by the members of the Council from among themselves shall preside over the meeting.
(5) The decision of the council will be verified by the member-secretary.
(6) Other matters related to the meeting of the council shall be as determined by the council itself.
